The pertnership between Universitas Tanjungpura and Universiti Malaysia Sarawak through has commenced since 2013. An extension of an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) between the two universities is now in discussion. The International Affairs Office reported that the MoU can be signed by both parties in May 2019.
The Mou between Untan and UNIMAS is required regarding the activity of student exchange in the Faculty of Medicine of Universitas Tanjungpura. Communication between the Faculty of Medicine of Untan and the Faculty of Medicine of Universiti Malaysia Sarawak have been conducted to extend the MoA (Memorandum of Agreement) between the two universities.
The International Affairs Office of Universitas Tanjungpura has followed up a plan to extend this cooperation relationship by preparing the MoA draft between the two universities. The draft is now being discussed further by Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. (RA)
