The Cooperation of Untan and Universite Montpellier

In 2019, a Joint Working Group meeting between Indonesia and France in Jakarta was held. Joint Working Group is a cooperation conducted between Indonesia and French in the field of education. This meeting was predicted to cooperate with the cooperation between Universitas Tanjungpura and Universite Montpellier.

A communication relationship was established between the two universities through Professor Roger Frutos, a professor in medicine. Professor Roger Frutos was enthusiastic about the cooperation between Untan and Universite Montpellier. Communication relationship has come to the stage of deep discussion with Professor Lorenzo Stievano, a professor in chemistry specializing in energy source and battery. After the communication relationship between the parties involved results, there is a possibility that this cooperation will be done.

Therefore, the results of this approved discussion will soon be made Draft Memorandum of Understanding between the two parties to create cooperation between the university officially between Universitas Tanjungpura and Universite Montpellier. The International Affairs Office of Universitas Tanjungpura will communicate at the next meeting to strengthen the discussion of cooperation with Universite Montpellier. With the hope of this cooperation program aims to support both countries to collaborate in order to improve the quality of education between Universitas Tanjungpura and Universite Montpellier. (RA)
