EPO (English Proficiency Olympiad) 2021 is an English language competition by testing listening, grammar, and reading skills. This competition is open for senior high school students, university students, and the public. UPT Bahasa of Universitas Tanjungpura has organized this event annually since 2017. The format of the test is an offline TOEFL prediction test with three sections. They consist of the Listening Comprehension section, Structure and Written Expression section, and Reading Comprehension section. The scoring system is similar to the TOEFL ITP scoring system with the highest possible score is 677.
The prizes:
- 1st Prize: Rp. 2.000.000+ trophy + Free TOEFL ITP + certificate
- 2nd Prize: Rp. 1.500.000+ trophy + Free TOEFL ITP + certificate
- 3rd Prize: Rp. 1.000.000+ trophy + Free TOEFL ITP + certificate
Also, top ten contestants with best score will be rewarded with a certificate.
