Early Childhood Teacher Education Program is one of the programs at the Faculty of Teacher Training Education. Founded in 2008 through Decree 10 / DT / 2008 and currently has received a Good (B) accreditation rating by National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education. Institutional management is carried out professionally by qualified educational staff. Our teaching staffs are experts in the fields of psychology, early childhood education, and other supporting areas with qualifications ranging from professor, doctor, and master. The students are required to complete the eight-semester full-time program – 144 credit points. We encourage various learning activities from face-to-face to virtual. The implementation of the management and learning system in the early childhood teacher education program provides facilities and infrastructure with an internet network. Information systems are in a virtually integrated educational system supported by our social media and website. We have classrooms of 40 students, practical laboratories with our partnerships, Primanda Education Institution and Toddler Sasana, media practice rooms, teaching practices, computer practice rooms, a library, and shared-meeting rooms. We provide dynamic learning experiences through observation and field practice activities in several semesters. Research and community service activities are carried out routinely by lecturers and students. This course provides students with the opportunity to sharpen their analytical thinking skills by undertaking an independent research project as the completion of their study. We strengthen our academic and institution by maintaining various collaborations with the association of early childhood teacher education programs throughout Indonesia, preschools, and kindergarten associations, early childhood centers, preschools, kindergartens, and various institutions which concern with early childhood education.
