The Universitas Tanjungpura Language Center is a supporting unit within the university providing teaching services such as conducting foreign language teaching and training for the university academic community as well as for the general public in West Kalimantan. In addition, the center provides non-teaching services as well, for instance translation, proofreading/editing, guide, writing English textbooks, as well as consultation and information about foreign scholarships.
The aims of the Language Center are to administer high-quality education, research, and community service in the field of language to provide skilled human resources in English able to adapt, develop, and advance science and technology.
